Reclaim Your Life from Alcohol Addiction
And become the best version of yourself
Your freedom starts here
I bring Stoicism and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into the field of sobriety. It starts with taking stock of where you are now, creating a clear vision for your life, identifying specific goals and tasks to start getting there, making a firm commitment to quit, and acting when you are prepared and in the right mental state to quit.
If you’re ready to reclaim the peace and finally start living again, keep reading.
The best decision you’ll ever make
Liam, 39
Hello, I’m Liam.
I know too well what it’s like to wake up hungover every morning, have panic attacks while driving, frantically checking your phone for texts you might have sent, trying to find the right angle on Zoom calls to look ‘normal,’ postponing meetings, calling in sick… You name it.
I also know how transformative sobriety can be. All areas of life improve automatically. You start making real progress toward your dreams. In my case, it was starting two businesses while still working full-time. You regain your life, your happiness. It’s the ultimate productivity guide you’ve been looking for.
Let me be blunt: while you're drinking, your dreams will stay just that, dreams. Sobriety is the first step to making them a reality.
Why I created this course
Alcohol carries a stigma, leaving many to struggle in silence. The World Health Organization reports that around 10% of people have alcohol use disorder at any time, 30% will face it at some point, and 1 in 6 binge drink. It’s a widespread problem, and this course is my solution to change that.
I also couldn’t resonate with any of the existing options. If they truly worked, we would have been aware of their effectiveness by now. Here’s what the research shows:
Rehabilitation is expensive, and most programs require you to step away from work and your daily life. On top of that, studies show that around 85% of people relapse within the first year after rehab (Arms Acres).
Clinical treatment is not effective (this isn’t about detox support, by the way). George E. Vaillant found that outcomes from clinical treatment were no better than the natural progression of addiction without intervention (George E. Vaillant).
AA and other 12-step programs show limited long-term success, with only around 5–8% of participants achieving long-term sobriety. Personally, it didn’t feel right for me: committing to meetings for life, constantly focusing on alcohol, and retelling the same stories wasn’t something I had time for.
Therapy for substance use is only moderately effective and often isn’t enough on its own (ScienceDirect). On top of that, it can be expensive, and personally, I didn’t feel I had traumatic experiences to address, so it just felt like a waste of time and money for me.
Finally, I didn’t want to pay someone $5,000 to $10,000 or more for their “high-ticket program.”
Once I overcame my addiction, I got formal training in the field of addictions. I wanted to build something that is:
Affordable to absolutely anyone – only $299 for the full course, with no upselling, no hidden funnels to expensive coaching or “high-ticket” programs
Self-paced – complete the course whenever it suits you
Confidential – private and discreet, with no need to interact with anyone
Practical & Actionable – clear steps you can implement immediately, with no unnecessary fluff
Have Supportive Materials – worksheets to help you get organized in life
Transform Every Area of Your Life – helps you build habits that improve every area of your life, not just abstinence. Focuses on key areas like health, family/friends, work/career, spiritual, and leisure.
This worked for me, and it might work for you too: you’ll never know until you try. Watch the video below, try the free course (no registration needed), and if it resonates, get the full course for only $299. So, watch Jamie below and try the free mini-course first.
A bit more about me
I don’t coach. This course is enough to succeed, and I didn’t hold anything back. But I’m certified in addictions and holistic support, which helped me create a truly effective program. My qualifications are listed below:
Nationally Certified Recovery Coach (Level 2)
Certified Sober Companion and Safe Transport Certification
Nationally Certified Internet Addictions Coach
Nationally Certified Gambling Addiction Coach
Nationally Certified Life Coach
Dave Ramsey Solutions Financial Coach Master
But qualifications alone mean nothing without real experience — you can’t learn how to beat alcohol addiction from a book.
Thankfully, my life and health never fully collapsed, but I stayed stuck in a constant loop of starting and failing at whatever I tried for over 12 years.
I chose a different path. And while I still have a long way to go, I made more progress in my first year of sobriety than in my entire life. Quitting drinking truly gives you your life back — all areas of your life start improving automatically. I’ve lost weight, started two businesses, and significantly improved my finances. It feels like being born again, finally free from the millstone around my neck.
What sets me apart is that I don’t resonate with AA or traditional therapy. Coaching can be beneficial for those who are already doing very well financially, but from what I’ve seen, its effectiveness is often questionable.
My approach is simple: you need to truly want to quit, believe that you can, and have a clear plan for what comes next. Take back control of your life, set meaningful goals, start making real progress, and let that momentum carry you forward.
I’ve built a framework to get yourself organized and follow it step by step. The course below covers it all, giving you everything you need to quit alcohol on your own.

Cut down on sugar next - the silent killer
My wife has created a fantastic course on sugar addiction and emotional eating.
Sugar is often overlooked as its impact is usually less dramatic than alcohol’s. Nevertheless, 38% of Americans are prediabetic, and over 71% consume more sugar than is recommended.
